Copper conductor cables specified for sizes of 16 Sq mm and below. Energy efficient fluorescent tube lights , Compact fluorescent  and LED with high frequency  have been used.

Building Automation System:

All services (IO summary of  the equipment)  is controlled and monitored using IBMS for greater reliability and to effect optimum level of operating engineered services. Complete DDC and POT has been used.

Plumbing

Addition/ Enhancement  of the Sewage Treatment Plant for recycling the sewerage and use the recycled water  generated for makeup to the  AC cooling tower.

Savings due to DEC’s Value Addition:

• Heat recovery wheels for pre cooling outdoor air, by recovering energy from exhaust air. This ensures energy conservation  despite higher outdoor intake (i.e. In Green buildings, 30% more ventilation air needs to be supplied in all breathing zone to comply increased ventilation credit.)
• Use of Copper conductor resulted in less losses and improved reliability.
• The entire design followed criterion laid down by IGBC & ASHRAE.
